Access to records containing your personal information may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Edmonton Police Service’s Routine Disclosure and FOIPP areas.
The Edmonton Police Service’s Routine Disclosure area is responsible for responding to routine requests for police reports, collision reports, witness statements, and certificates of analysis from members of the public, insurance representatives, law firms, and other federal and provincial agencies and programs.
The EPS FOIPP area processes all requests made to the EPS pursuant to the FOIPP Act.
