Joseph Chlala is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second degree murder in relation to the death of 21-year-old Osama Ali who died as a result of gunshot wounds on June 12, 2023, in the area of Allard Boulevard SW and Arthurs Crescent SW in Edmonton.
Chlala has connections in Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa.
