Cheryl OSBORNE

On December 5, 1979, fire fighters were called to a house fire at 11335 – 127 Street.

After the fire was extinguished, the bodies of Cheryl OSBORNE and her infant son, Ian, were located in the house.  Investigators determined the fire was deliberately set.

Autopsy results showed that Cheryl had been stabbed to death and died prior to the fire being started.  Ian, who was sleeping in a crib in another room at the time, died of smoke inhalation.
