On September 18, 1997, Izaac was fatally stabbed.
Izaac and two friends were approached outside the Thunder Dome Nightclub by 10-15 males. The two groups exchanged words and a foot chase ensued in the parking lot. Izaac was stabbed in the chest area.
There is a reward of up to $40,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for this homicide.
