On August 5th, 2008 O'BRIEN was found shot outside of an apartment building located at 10741-108 avenue.

At approximately 4:15 am Police were called to the area of 10741-108 Avenue after reports of gunshots being heard in the area. Upon arrival Police found Andrew O'BRIEN on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound, he later died in hospital.
