Alexander was a transient that usually stayed around the shelter area of 96 Street in Edmonton. He was known to sleep in the river valley and in dumpsters. Alexander was a chronic alcoholic who was also had a mental delay making him almost nonverbal. He was last seen by shelter workers in August of 1981.
