On Nov, 16, the Edmonton Police Service presented its findings to City Council on many areas of policing. 

One of those areas was understanding if EPS could stop going to some social disorder calls and let community social service agencies respond instead. Through reviewing our calls for service from 2019, we discovered that the answer is not that simple.
