The accused was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Stolen Property under $5000, Proceeds of Crime, and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. The items were seized, and while the iPad was determined to be stolen, it will be returned to its owner.
