Armed robbery

On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at approximately 12:06 p.m., Northwest Branch patrol officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at a restaurant in the area of 130 Avenue and 82 Street. Reportedly two male suspects entered the establishment armed with a firearm and bear spray. The suspects approached the employee and made away with an undisclosed amount of cash and some other property from the restaurant. The incident remains under investigation.
