On Monday, Nov. 25, 2024, police responded to a call about a robbery at a convenience store in the area of 109 Street and 107 Avenue. It was reported that a male suspect entered the store with a mask on and a knife in his hand when he stole items from the store and demanded that an employee give him money from a cash register. When the employee refused to provide cash, the suspect was reported to have taken two food delivery bags before exiting the store. He was located by AIR1 and was arrested without incident. After searching the subject, police discovered a knife, the stolen property form the convenience store and a mask. The male faces multiple charges, including robbery and possession of a weapon.
