Police seek public’s assistance identifying suspect involved in road rage incident

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking witnesses and dash cam footage following a road rage incident on 111 Street and Anthony Henday Drive that occurred last week.

On Friday, Dec. 20, 2024, at approximately 11:52 a.m., it was reported to police that a black Acura SUV was travelling on 111 Street and approaching the eastbound exit to Anthony Henday Drive when a male driver of a black Mercedes sedan pulled up to the left side of the Acura. It was then reported that a road rage incident occurred involving both vehicles. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Police continue to investigate and are seeking information from witnesses or video footage from any dash cams to identify the driver of the black Mercedes sedan.

Location of incident: 111 Street and Anthony Henday Drive

Investigators are asking anyone with information or camera footage from the time of the road rage incident to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
