White will be residing in Edmonton after he is released from custody. He is currently subject to a court order, with conditions, and will be managed by the Behavioural Assessment Unit of the Edmonton Police Service.
White is a violent sexual offender who has been violent in the past, resulting in physical harm to his victims in the commission of offences. He has physically and sexually victimized female adults, particularly vulnerable females, including sex workers. White has also physically assaulted a female toddler and an older female adult.
White has been placed on a series of court ordered conditions including:
- He must live at a residence approved by his Supervisor and must not change that address until he has received written approval from his Supervisor.
- He must abide by a curfew of 11 PM to 6 AM daily unless a varied time is approved in writing by his Supervisor.
- He must not travel out of the City of Edmonton without written approval of his Supervisor.
- He shall wear an electronic monitoring device.
- He is not to attend areas where Sex Workers are known to be solicitated.
- He shall not consume or possess any alcohol or drug listed in the Schedules of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, excluding cannabis, any prescription drugs not prescribed to you or any other intoxicating substances.
- He shall notify his assigned supervisor prior to entering into any personal, sexual or intimate relationship, cohabitation, marriage or common-law relationship with any female and shall disclose his criminal history to the female.
