Police seek public’s assistance identifying robbery suspect

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a suspect responsible for a robbery in Terwillegar Heights.

On Thursday, July 18, 2024, at approximately 3:07 p.m., it was reported that the male suspect entered the Servus Credit Union located in the area of 23 Avenue and Rabbit Hill Road, suggesting he had a gun.

The suspect arrived and left this location on foot. He was last seen exiting the Magrath Professional Centre, heading south of 23 Avenue through a residential path.

The suspect is described as a middle-aged man, below average height with a medium build. He was wearing a long-sleeved burgundy shirt, grey and white striped pants, a ballcap and a purple mask. It is believed the same suspect may be responsible for a previous robbery at a CIBC in Spruce Grove that took place on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
