Police seek public's assistance locating missing senior female

The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing 73-year-old female.

Alicia Castillo, 73, was last seen on foot in the area of 51 Street and 144 Avenue at approximately 3:30 this morning, Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

Edmonton residents in the areas of Miller, Casselman, Mcleod, York and the Clareview Business park are asked to search their yards and outbuildings for Castillo.

She is described as 5’5” tall with a slim build, long grey hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing black and white checkered pajama pants and a grey t-shirt, with two mismatched shoes. She may be wearing glasses.

Missing senior: Alicia Castillo, 73

Castillo has dementia and requires daily medication. Family and police are therefore concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information about Castillo’s whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
