Police seek tips, video footage related to road rage incident

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking witnesses and dash cam footage following a road rage incident that occurred in west Edmonton last week.

On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m. it was reported to police that a white Dodge Ram and silver Genesis SUV were involved in a road rage incident in the intersection of 147 Street and 87 Avenue. A physical altercation took place between both drivers and the 30-year-old male driver of the Dodge Ram then left the scene in his truck. The 65-year-old male driver of the Genesis later attended hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police continue to investigate and are seeking information from witnesses or dash cam footage that may assist them with their investigation. A map of the incident location is included below.
