The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance locating a 58-year-old Edmonton man who is wanted in connection with a sexual assault that took place earlier this year.

Warrants have been issued for Henry Frank, 58, for assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, and breach of conditions. The warrants are in relation to an instance in July 2024 when an adult woman met Frank and was then confined and sexually assaulted.

Frank is described as 5’9, 250 lbs. with black hair and black eyes. A photo of Frank is included below.

Wanted: Henry Frank, 58

Since identifying Frank as the accused, investigators have been actively seeking him, but have been unable to locate him. As there are concerns that he may offend against others, police are requesting the public's assistance in locating Frank.  He is known to have ties to Saskatchewan and Montana.

Frank may be dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone. Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.p3tips.com/250.
