For almost two decades, Christina Grimble has been providing mental health supports and services to adults from diverse populations within public, private, and not-for-profit settings.  In the past several years, she has focused her practice exclusively on working with first responders and their families who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, occupational injuries, and/or other work-related concerns. 

With compassion, collaboration, and transparency, Christina delivers evidence-based care to help her clients learn to more effectively manage their symptoms and improve their daily functioning, allowing them to feel confident and equipped to move through life.

Christina’s primary therapy modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, the Grief Recovery Method (GRM), and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
