Deepika Mittra is a Clinical Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers. She provides therapeutic services to individuals struggling with a variety of challenges including post traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, boundary setting, stress, anxiety, depression and desire for personal growth. Deepika has been in private practice for 14 years. Deepika’s previous experience includes providing individual, group and family therapy to at-risk children and adolescents in a Child Welfare, Mental Health, Addictions or Justice context (assessment, intervention, follow-up), as well as solution focused walk in therapy sessions in the non-profit sector.
