Erin Fischer

For over a decade, Erin Fischer has been providing mental health evaluation and services to adolescents and adults from diverse populations within public, private, and rehabilitation settings. In the past several years, Erin has focused her practice exclusively on working to assess and treat workplace trauma, largely in uniformed personnel and variety of first responders. She has also assisted their families who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, or their own occupational injuries, or work-related stress. 

Erin’s primary therapy modalities include Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Ego-State Therapy.
