I am a therapist in full time private practice that has a passion for helping families who are experiencing conflict caused by issues that impede their ability to connect emotionally with each other. I am a Clinical Social Worker and Family Therapist, having received my Masters of Social Work from McGill University in 1985, and my Clinical Social Work designation from the Alberta College of Social Workers in 1986. I was awarded the Social Worker of Distinction in 2005 by the Alberta College of Social Workers.
My practice has encompassed Mental Health Services, Family Services settings, and private practice since 1993.

- Individual, marital, and family therapy for adults and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral problems.
- I focus on a variety of issues, including depression, emotional attachment, relationships, and sexuality.
- I have dealt extensively with parent-teen conflict, parenting issues, and situations involving violence and abuse.
- I have worked extensively with couples assisting them to address unresolved issues from their individual or collective past, and present, which may include family of origin issues, abuse issues, and current conflicting needs and issues.
