I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta. I began practicing in 2010 as a provisional psychologist and was fully registered in 2012. I have extensive post-graduate training in mindfulness, emotion- focussed and attached-based approaches with individuals, couples and parent-child relationships. I have specialized training in trauma, play therapy and supervision. My office is at the Cloverdale Professional Group near downtown. I am married with two grown children.
