Katie Castle

Katie Castle is a Registered Psychologist with 3 years of clinical experience in both a private and non-profit setting.

Katie enjoys working with children and teens and utilizes a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Sandtray therapy, EMDR, and collaborative approaches that involve parents/caregivers when appropriate.

Katie has experience working with presenting issues such as anxiety/depression, self-harm, test and/or performance anxiety, grief or loss, social and relationship concerns, behaviour challenges, and trauma.

She also has experience working with children whose parents are working through separation or divorce. Katie’s clients say that she is warm and non-judgemental in supporting children, teens, and their caregivers to find new ways to cope with difficult emotions and situations.
