Lindsay Wolf-Owczarek

Lindsay Wolf-Owczarek is a registered psychologist who specializes in the individual treatment of children, adolescents and adults.  Lindsay has been in the mental health field for 18 years. Prior to becoming a psychologist Lindsay worked in K division as a civilian family liaison for Project KARE, this lends a unique understanding of police culture. Lindsay has worked in public and catholic school systems (Alberta Health Services), the Learning and Development clinics (AHS) and private practice. 

Lindsay primarily specializes in treating anxiety and related disorders including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Separation Anxiety Disorder (SAD), school refusal and school avoidance, Specific Phobia, Body-Focused behaviors (BFRBs), depression, and parent-child stressors.

Lindsay is extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). Lindsay also utilizes third wave CBT interventions including, mindfulness and acceptance based therapies.
