Marissa Gartner

Marissa is a Registered Psychologist with eight years of experience counselling adults and adolescents, providing counselling for post-traumatic stress and addiction using EMDR.  In addition, working with people experiencing complex mental illness, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, and anxiety. Marissa has worked with first responders, children, and adolescents to develop skills to manage emotional distress and build relationship skills. Marissa delivers evidence-based care with compassion, collaboration, and transparency. 

Marissa’s primary therapy modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
