Morgan Bissegger is a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a registered play therapy-supervisor with the Association of Play Therapy and Canadian Association for Child and Play Therapy. For the last 10 years, her practice has focused on supporting children and youth impacted by trauma or experiencing challenges with emotional regulation and working with parents to examine different ways to engage with their children in tough moments. She also provides parent consultations, intended to support parents in developing strategies to manage behaviours at home from a relationally-based perspective. Morgan has completed training in trauma-focused therapies with focus on adapting them to meet the developmental needs of children and youth. This includes EMDR, Play Therapy, Theraplay, Circle of Security, and Emotionally-Focused Family Therapy.
