Rachel Pharo

Rachel Pharo is a registered social worker. Her training background includes EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Couples Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, among other methods. She has experience working with anxiety and depression, stress management, burnout, family dynamics and chronic illness/chronic pain. She also has specialized training and experience in perinatal mental health, infertility, and women’s reproductive health, and supports both individuals and couples through these seasons of life. Providing a safe and inclusive space is always a priority, and Rachel welcomes those from the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Services are offered during weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, both in-person and virtually.
