Sholly has been a Registered Psychologist specializing in marriage and family therapy since 2009. She has experience counselling adults, couples, and families. She uses Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Emotion Focus Therapy and EMDR to address mental wellness concerns such as anxiety, depression, family and cultural violence, grief and loss and life transitions. In addition, Sholly's clinical expertise and passion is working with couples to develop and maintain a greater sense of intimacy and deeper connection. She has had the privileged to work in a variety of working settings such as schools, mental health clinics, non-profit agencies, correctional facilities and private practice.
