The man explained he had been sleeping rough for three years and struggling with substance abuse, including a few overdoses. He said he didn’t want to go through that anymore, so HELP was able to arrange a housing spot for him, and moved him in. The Mustard Seed has assigned him a housing worker, and HELP is supporting him with obtaining ID, and getting him into doctors’ appointments.
