Traffic Concerns

  1. Parking Complaints: Please report parking complaints using the 311 mobile app or calling 311 directly.

  2. Traffic Incidents: Traffic incident(s) where a license plate is obtained from the suspect vehicle (e.g., road rage) and is being reported for consideration of charges MUST be reported at an EPS Divisional Police Station (EPS Locations). A witness statement must be provided as well as a willingness to attend court if required. Review and follow up will be conducted by a Divisional front counter member.

  3. Vehicle Noise: Please report vehicle noise issues by filling out the Vehicle Noise Complaint form

  4. General Traffic Concerns: Please fill in the Traffic Concerns Form.
