An LPRC is required as part of the process to apply for a record suspension. This is not the same as a Police Information Check. If you require an LPRC conducted by the Edmonton Police Service, it can be submitted one of three ways:
By Online application:
By Mail, include:
- The application form
- Cheque or money order, in the amount of $76.00 payable to the City of Edmonton
- Photocopies of two pieces of government issued identification, one must be photo identification
Attend the Police Information Check Section office and bring:
